Right of withdrawal for mug orders

Consumers may withdraw from a purchase contract concluded through SANFAYA within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins when you or a person designated by you receives the goods. If several items in one order are delivered separately, it begins when the last item is received.

Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet it. You may use the form below, but you do not have to.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we refund the payments received, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal declaration. We generally use the same payment method as for your order and charge no fees for the refund. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided evidence of sending them back, whichever is earlier.

Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal declaration to Fabian & Sandra Schweiger GbR, c/o POSTFLEX PFX-830-508, Emsdettener Straße 10, 48268 Greven, Germany. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods in time. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
